Switching to Trailblaze for IT Support

  1. Switching to our IT Support service can take as little as 24 hours with no disruption.
  2. Once - to create network documentation and deploy our support software – there is no cost for this.
  3. No. The switching process is seamless, all staff are given a welcome pack explaining who we are, the level of support they receive and how to request support.

Switching with Fresh Start service and IT Support

  1. Our Fresh Start service provides you with a brand new, tried and tested sytem, onsite or in the cloud, to give your IT stable foundations. All IT equipment at the school is serviced and all classroom equipment is tested and calibrated. Our Fresh Start service is so reliable, that we can also give you 25% off your annual IT support cost.
  2. A consultation with a senior infrastructure engineer, followed by the new system setup and testing and onsite change over. Your Unlimited IT support starts from day one.
  3. It normally takes 2-5 days for 2-3 engineers onsite at the school, depending on the size of the school.
  4. Everyone will be able to work on their first day, an engineer can be onsite on day one to resolve any teething problems.
  5. No. Your devices will look the same to staff, most of the changes happen behind the scenes to improve speed and reliability.
  6. All data is backed up and transferred during the Fresh Start process, we guarantee that you will still have access to all your existing data.
  7. No, we support devices of any age, providing they can run the latest version of Windows or MacOS.
  8. The Fresh Start service resolves any recurring issues, including ones you may not be aware of! You will notice a dramatic improvement in your IT performance.
