Our story
Trailblaze IT was born from innovative thinking and a passion for excellent service.
Our founder, Steve Bicker, previously worked as an IT Manager for several large secondary schools. During his time with one of the schools, he completed a full network rebuild in-house, and saved the school over £250,000, compared to the cheapest external quote provided. He also designed and built a centralised network for the secondary and feeder schools, now commonly known as a ‘Private Cloud’.
During Steve’s time working with primary schools, he realised that there wasn’t an ICT company that offered schools what they were looking for: An IT team with the skill set to resolve every issue, available to them Monday to Friday. This inspired Steve to start his own company - and Trailblaze IT was born.
