When working alongside existing school IT staff, we can provide our Unlimited Visits with Remote Support package and can omit the User and Device Support. Trailblaze IT will manage all the Server and Network Infrastructure, but the User and Device Support would be looked after by the existing school IT staff. Benefit from site visits any time that they are required, rather than waiting for your next scheduled visit.
